Description Park Place of St. John , a Senior Living Community, located in St. John, IN is seeking a Unit Clerk/Activities Assistant, Part Time . Park Place of St. John is a member of the Providence Life Services family where we are committed to enhancing the lives of those we serve! This is a hybrid position that will work as a Unit Clerk every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00AM-3:00PM and work as a Activities Assistant every other Saturday and Sunday from 9:00AM-3:00PM. Schedule and Shift Hours: Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00AM-3:00PM, and every other Saturday and Sunday from 9AM-3PM. Summary of essential job functions: - Complete necessary medical and administrative records upon the resident’s admission, transfer, and/or discharge. - Process requests for Medical Records. - Work with administrator for credentialing and maintaining credentials of physicians. - Prepare residents charts for monthly physicians’ visits as necessary; and file labs, etc., in patient’s charts. - Assist in planning and running activity programs. - Encourage residents to participate in scheduled activity programs. - Create a positive atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and fun. -...
