Compensation: $16.40 Compensation Type: Hourly Grade: NE03 Department: Building and Facilities Position Summary: Full-time positions at Clovis Community College are not remote positions and require a physical presence on campus to fulfill duties and college-related responsibilities. Under general supervision, supervise the performance of grounds maintenance functions and personnel including equipment repair and landscaping maintenance. Duties & Responsibilities Coordinates and oversees groundskeeping operations by organizing tasks, guiding daily activities, and providing direction to staff while actively participating in moderately heavy manual work. Work includes the care and maintenance of plants, shrubs, lawns, and the installation and maintenance of sprinkler systems. Work is performed outdoors with exposure to hazardous equipment and weather. Coordinates landscape areas. Coordinates in the design and implementation of landscaping. Utilizes proper safety equipment and techniques to prevent personal injury and property damage. On call for emergency maintenance and after hours, weekends, and holidays.
