Essential Duties & Job Functions: - Performs Trouble calls on Refrigeration Equipment. - Able to inspect and diagnose problems to determine corrective repairs. - Replaces obsolete and inoperable equipment. - Performs preventative maintenance on Refrigeration Equipment. - Responds quickly to emergency situations. - Ability to service, maintain, operate, and adjust all small oil and gas fired hot water boilers as well as auxiliary heating specialties other that high pressure equipment. - Recommend and order necessary parts and supplies for installation, service, repair and maintenance of all refrigeration equipment and small oil and gas fired hot water boilers. - Conduct necessary tests, i...
