THE JOB: The IT Compliance Analyst is responsible for executing control testing, monitoring and validating audit evidence, and reporting results to the IT Compliance leadership team while analyzing IT processes and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards, including Payment Card Industry (PCI), Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB), and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX). This role also supports compliance and regulatory initiatives, contributing to continuous improvement efforts that enhance service quality and strengthen overall control effectiveness for customers. THE DAY-TO-DAY: Conduct continuous IT control testing to evaluate the effectiveness of existing controls and identify potential gaps or risks.
