Lead Maintenance Technician

Job description

Overview The Lead Maintenance Technician is responsible for inspecting and troubleshooting mechanical issues and performing ongoing facility maintenance and repairs. The Lead Maintenance Technician provides exemplary service in a manner consistent with the values and mission of the Castle Group. He or she performs all responsibilities while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills representative of Castle Royal Service. Responsibilities: - Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed. - Responsible for overall maintenance and physical appearance of interior and exterior of the building and common areas - Conducts daily walk-through of property to ensure an aesthetically pleasing environment with fully functioning equipment and amenities, including monthly facility, building, and street light checks - Collaborates with team members and inspects work performed; delegates assignments as instructed by Maintenance Supervisor and/or Property Manager - Ensure that all safety and OSHA regulations are followed by teammates, including proper use of PPE’s - Responds to emergencies in the building as needed and maintains thorough knowle...
