Department: 34110 Advocate Aurora Health Corporate - Resource Team: WI Status: Part time Benefits Eligible: No Hou rs Per Week: 0 Schedule Details/Additional Information: The Resource Registered Nurse position for Wisconsin's Resource Team requires floating to the facilities in one of the following zones: Zone 1: Bay Area, Bay Care, Fond du Lac, Manitowoc, Oshkosh & Sheboygan Zone 2: St. Luke's, St. Luke's South Shore, Washington Co, Grafton, West Allis, Sinai, *Zilber Hospice & *Aurora Psych Hospital (*if required by service line) Zone 3: St. Luke's, St. Luke's South Shore, Mount Pleasant, Summit, Kenosha, Lakeland, Burlington Pay Range: $50.00 - $50.00 Major Responsibilities: Engages in unit councils, professional governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes and apply evidence-based practices. Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care, engaging patients and families through the continuum of care.
