COTA- Certified occupational Therapy Assistant for Pineknoll Rehabilitation Centre We are looking for applicants who have their Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensure We are a looking to bring on to our team, COTA's who truly care about treating residents with respect and dignity, as well as other team members. Supervision received : Reports directly to the immediate supervising OTR Typical Physical Demands: Therapy Assistant must be able to perform the following physical job functions with or without reasonable accommodation: - Lift up to 50lbs from floor to knuckle occasionally - Lift up to 25lbs from knuckle to shoulder occasionally - Lift up to 10lbs overhead occasionally - Pivot transfer 150lbs occasionally - Carry up to 50lbs occasionally - Push/Pull 75lbs, 100ft occasionally - Kneel, squat, stoop up to 15 minutes occasionally - Drive up to 2 hours occasionally - Comprehensible verbal communication skills continuously - Visual acuity corrected to 20/20 - Tactile discrimination - Fine hand manipulation, bilaterally frequently - Heavy grasp, bilaterally frequently - Legible written communication skills continuously - Stand up to 2 hours frequently COTA Duties...
