Lead Hand, Electrical Assembly

Job description

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Lead Hand will ensure that projects are completed in a timely manner, in accordance with the Company’s policies, procedures and values. Lead department in a shift to ensure safety, quality, delivery and productivity goals are met consistently. - Lead the electrical assembly with the preparation and setup of workstations and materials for daily tasks. - Update and lead the daily tier meetings with associates in accordance with RBS standards. - Ensure work instructions, standards, and specifications related to tasks being completed are followed. - Promote and practice Lean manufacturing processes as per RBS standards. - Follow and drive consistent compliance with site ISO standards and practices. - Participate proactively in Quality inspections of products to verify adherence to standards. - Ensure all EHS procedures, goals, and site initiatives are followed consistently. - Proactively promote the Regal Business Systems (RBS) and Values. - Collaborate with extended team on investigations related to Safety, Quality, and other issues.
