BAYADA at Bayhealth is currently seeking an Hybrid Admissions/Case Manager Registered Nurse, for a Full Time or Part Time opportunity with adult patients in their homes. This office services clients in territories throughout all of Kent County, DE, concentrated in Smyrna, Clayton and Dover area. As a home care Registered Nurse , you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.
