Job Description: PURPOSE: The Service Technician reports to the Regional Property Manager with a dotted line to the Director of Maintenance and is responsible for completing tasks that ensure the shopping center meets the company's safety, appearance, and operational standards. Service Technicians respond quickly and courteously to tenants, customers, and the public with requests for maintenance service and take appropriate action to repair and restore service within the quality and time standards established for the shopping center. The Service Technician is responsible for complying with the company’s and shopping centers' operating and safety policies and procedures.
