RMC is seeking a driven and strategic Proposal Manager to lead high-impact proposal efforts supporting our continued growth across DoD and civilian agencies. This is a highly visible role suited for a seasoned proposal professional who brings deep federal acquisition expertise, strong leadership capability, and a proven ability to deliver winning submissions in complex, competitive environments. In this role, you will own the full proposal lifecycle—from early strategy through final submission—partnering closely with capture teams, subject matter experts, and executive leadership. You will play a critical role in shaping compliant, compelling, and high-scoring proposals while driving process discipline in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
