Residential Mental Health Worker II - Dedham - ( 2600031W ) Description The Department of Mental Health Community Transition Program is seeking a conscientious individual to fill the role of an MHW II for a residential program in Dedham, MA. The candidate who will provide direct care services to individuals by participating and instructing activities of daily living including, but not limited to personal care, community integration and recreation/leisure to ensure daily needs, rehabilitation needs and human rights are met. Mental Health Workers treat all patients with dignity and respect through interactions which affirm the individual’s needs and preferences and by optimally integrating their perspective into all facets of care. Please Note: This position is full-time, 40 hours per week. This is a 1st Shift position. The schedule will be 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. The days off are Week 1: Sunday/Monday and Week 2: Monday/Saturday Employees in this position will be required to work mandatory overtime.
