SUMMARY STATEMENT/POSITION OVERVIEW: We are looking for a Operations Supervisor for our fulfillment facility in Greer, SC. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse associates, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate possesses knowledge of operational setup, workflow optimization, and staffing, with experience in e-commerce. Operations typically run one day shift, Monday through Friday, but may change depending on customer needs. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBLITIES - Operations Supervisor: - Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet operational goals and customer demands. - Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve optimal performance and adhere to company policies. - Monitor workflow and quality control measures, addressing any issues as they arise. - Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste. - Ensure compliance with all safety, training, and customer requirements, and promote a culture of safety within the team - Maintain records of production metrics and prepare reports for management. - Perform other duties as assigned.
