SUMMARY: The individual in this position will oversees and directs all phases of project development. Communicates directly with contractors/designers concerning project cost, staffing, and scheduling. Prepares project status reports and works to ensure plans adhere to contract specifications. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Tasks associated with this Responsibility: - Plans, directs and coordinates activities of multi-project programs to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed timeframe and funding parameters. - Primary point of contact with the owner, architect, contractors, special vendors, consultants and/or construction team with direct report responsibility for the project. - Maintains good business relations with all project team members. - Reviews all plans and specifications during all design phases, offering advice regarding systems, material, construction feasibility, availability of labor and materials, time requirements for procurement, installation and construction, relative costs, and value engineering. - Assists with the preparation and review of cost estimated during t...
