2nd Shift Error Resolution

Position: Error Resolution. Shift: 2:30PM-11:00PM. Pay Range: $16.50-$24.50: What's the Short Version?: The Error Resolution role researches and resolves any discrepancies with shipments, locations, or product. They are responsible for quickly and accurately locating missing product to complete and ship customer orders in a timely fashion. What Will You Be Doing?: - Identify and troubleshoot discrepancies with shipments, inventory and orders and adjust inventory quantities. - Maintain accurate department records. - Understand and accurately processes ship short orders. - Properly identify, correct, and record mill errors. - Review selected customer orders prior to shipping. - May be required to operate powered lift equipment. What Are We Looking For?: - High School Diploma or equivalent - 1-3 years of warehouse experience is preferred - Ability to read, write and have sufficient ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information - Ability to work with and keep a positive, supportive attitude towards the Company, job, customers and co-workers - May be required to complete and maintain SanMar’s Lift Operator Certification in compliance with OSHA recommendation - D...
