About This Job: The Senior Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist provides advanced operational support for complex commercial and foreign currency loan portfolios, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high‑quality service throughout the loan lifecycle. This role serves as a subject matter expert, escalation point, and mentor within Commercial Loan Servicing, partnering closely with internal stakeholders to improve processes, mitigate risk, and support business growth. Prior exposure to FX‑related lending or international loan operations is preferred, but not required.
