Bid Coordinator - 267713 UGL's utilities business provides essential design & construction services for critical infrastructure across the power and water sectors. Ranging from transmission lines, switchyards, substations through to wastewater treatment plants. Our offerings include design, construct, commission, operate and maintain across the following capabilities: Transmission lines, Switchyards, Substations, Electrical distribution, Water and wastewater treatment plants and Water pipelines. Utilities safely leads and delivers design & construct projects across Australia and executes short and long-term contracts either through self-performance or joint ventures. Our works span design, structural, civil, electrical and commissioning. The role: As the Bid Coordinator within UGL's Utilities Division, based in either Brisbane or Sydney, you will be responsible for the complete coordination of the tender process. Reporting to the Senior Bids & Proposals Coordinator you will compile the content of all bids, where you must ensure the completeness and cohesiveness of the tender response during the bidding phase and clarifications required during the post-bidding phase.
