Job Purpose: The High Temp Process /TPS Technical Lead, with a focus on High temperature composites, is responsible for technical direction of internal and customer funded projects consisting of densification, tooling, equipment and composite characterization on research and development composite structures. This work includes executing current IRAD and customer funded projects in addition to building/improving upon existing densification methods such as Carbonization, Graphitization, PIC, CVI etc. and tooling/equipment to improve AEC’s core technology.
