At Webfleet we are looking for a motivated Intern Accounts Payable to join our team in Warsaw, who is eager to gain practical experience in an international environment and develop their skills within the finance area. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with an experienced team and take part in real business processes. Here is a little taste of your challenge: Verifying data on incoming invoices. Resolving issues and responding to inquiries from vendors and employees. Collaborating effectively with team members and supporting various ad hoc AP tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Who are you: Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a structured, service‑oriented manner. Genuine interest in working in finance. Experience in a customer‑ or vendor‑facing role will be considered an advantage. Advanced English skills (written and verbal). Fluency in Polish (written and verbal).
