Oversees administrative, contractual, technical, and financial components to ensure alignment with organizational goals, performance specifications, project schedules and budgets. Manages cross-functional teams and subcontractors, while being accountable for delivery outcomes, risk mitigation, budget performance, and jobsite safety.
