About the role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Proposals Coordinator to join our high-performing pre‑contracts team, based in Sydney at Rydlemere (BMD Temporary office location), reporting to the Proposals Lead. In this role, you will be pivotal to the delivery of high-quality, fully compliant Expressions of Interest (EOIs) and tender submissions for major opportunities. You’ll bring structure, precision and strong writing capability to every submission—coordinating inputs, managing document production, and supporting best-practice proposal processes across BMD’s national proposals function.
