Essential duties include providing excellent customer/patient service via phone, email and in person; referring callers to the appropriate departments; making appointments for patients according to established protocols; assisting with clients and staff with appropriate documents. Must be able to work collaboratively with various departments to provide proper care to patients/clients with a “can-do” attitude.
