DME and Casting Manager

Job Summary The DME/Casting Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations, development, and performance of the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and Casting department. Reporting to the Director of Therapy, this role provides leadership in program development, staff management, inventory control, financial performance, and patient care delivery. The Manager ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, supports strategic initiatives, and maintains high standards of service, efficiency, and departmental growth. Key Responsibilities: - Provide leadership and direction for all DME/Casting department operations - Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and certification requirements - Promote and maintain excellent patient care and customer service standards - Develop, implement, and continuously improve departmental policies and procedures - Oversee staff training, education, performance management, and annual evaluations - Foster effective communication, teamwork, and conflict resolution among staff - Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and overtime to ensure proper coverage - Lead department meetings and communicate updates, expectations, and performance metrics - Moni...
