FACT Program Team Lead (MHP Required) Hiring Range: $34.53 - $42.67 Per Hour (posted range include $2.00 per hour worked FACT differential) $3,000 Sign-on Bonus * Benefits : Kitsap Mental Health Services (KMHS) is hiring a Program Team Lead to support our F lexible Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) team. The FACT program provides intensive, time-limited services to clients most impacted by serious mental health conditions such as schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorders. Clients typically remain with the program for 6–12 months, receiving most services in their homes or other community settings, before transitioning to Adult Outpatient services.
