Job description
What you’ll do: Perform general accounting activities. This includes preparation of journal entries, data entry, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and preparation of member monthly statements and other duties as assigned. An understanding of policies and procedures and provides input into accounting processes. Responsibilities: - Day to day operations of the front end customer facing aspects of the business providing outstanding customer service. - Prepares and reviews daily entries in relation to member accounts. Prepares monthly charges for rent. Sends communications to members relating to their accounts. - Review/audit location cash-up reports, correct errors, and file. - Support the mail out of monthly statements. - Other duties as assigned.
