WTC - Project Superintendent I

Job description

Responsible for managing 1-2 projects at a time (including GC and larger-scale restoration & repair projects, etc.) to ensure on-time delivery within the agreed upon budget. - Manage subcontractors on scheduling, quality control, understanding and resolving issues and verifying work is completed in accordance with project budget and specifications. - Review all assigned projects to schedule deliverables, track costs and report on. - Meet contractual conditions and performance. - Manage key metrics and report on as required. - Work collaboratively with customers, sales reps, roofing contractors, superintendents, and roofing technicians to ensure delivery on time and within budget as well as select and manage all sub-contractors. - Uphold high standards for health and safety management in compliance with all codes and laws, and Tremco Policy Qualifications: This position requires individuals to have an in-depth understanding of construction management, along with a proven track record in running and supervising commercial and industrial roofing construction projects.
