Responsibilities: Coordinate Dock Operation and Driver/Freight Handler scheduling - Ability to work out of the China Grove facility until the Rock Hill location opens in 4-6 weeks - Driver and Freight Handler Management Ensure Safety Compliance: Ensure quality freight handling procedures are followed Timely dispatching of LTL Loads: Other duties as assigned by the Service Center Manager This position will require the flexibility to fill in on all shifts for supervisors who are absent or on vacation. Qualifications: Candidates must have proven basic leadership experience. Must have the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
