Job Title: Equipping Project Manager Ministry /Department : Sending and Equipping Reports to: Pastor of Training and Equipping Status: Full-time, e xempt: Supervisory Role: No: Objective: To provide strategic project management, operational execution and administrative coordination for the Pastor of Training and Equipping. This role leads the coordination, systems and logistics of the School of Ministry (SOM) and other equipping initiatives, ensuring excellence from recruitment through development. The Equipping Project Manager also supports broader efforts , such as Growth Track, Ministry Licensing and Pastoral Ordination by managing communication, scheduling and preparing teaching materials and resources. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain an authentic and growing walk with Jesus Christ through the ongoing spiritual disciplines of Bible reading, prayer, personal worship, fasting, confession and fellowship - Serve as the primary operational lead for the, coordinating logistics, systems, scheduling and communication across all tracks, classes, events and student experiences - Manage application and onboarding processes for SOM students, including coordination with HR and Reliant , ca...
