Title: Aviation Maintenance Technician (A&P) - Helicopter Location: 4207 Murvihill Road, Valparaiso, IN 46383 Hybrid Schedule: Dependent on weekly flight schedule, if no flights can work remotely Job Summary: The Aviation Maintenance Technician is a licensed Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) mechanic responsible for ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of company helicopters. This role supports aircraft maintenance and inspections while also playing a key role in aviation planning, budgeting, documentation, and tool‑tracking programs. Depending on operational needs, this position may include administrative and compliance activities in addition to hands‑on maintenance and repair. Essential Functions: - Perform aircraft maintenance, inspections, and repairs in accordance with FAA regulations, OEM Maintenance programs, and company standards. - Accurately maintain aircraft records, documentation, and maintenance logs. - Maintain parts inventory, shop and hangar tools and equipment. - Review Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and Service Bulletins to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to industry best practices.
