Job Summary: The Business Systems Analyst Associate gathers business requirements and translates them into functional and technical requirements within the appropriate application systems, in some cases serving as a technical liaison between the IT enterprise business solutions development team and the business community. The analysis and configuration of application systems, modifying existing systems to improve workflow or to serve new purposes is critical in this role. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring functionality, user acceptance and effective implementation of changes is met to solve problems, achieve business requirements and improve system performance. Requirements: EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Management or related field with demonstrated college coursework and projects (i.e. internship which utilized critical thinking and analysis skills).
