What is a "FLEX Officer"?: The FLEX Officer is someone that reports directly to the Field Operations Supervisor and helps fill in at various sites. They are provided full time hours, but do not have a "home base" at one site. Schedule: Varying shifts, Monday - Sunday 1st/2nd/3rd shift (flexible availability REQUIRED). Flex officers are typically guaranteed at least 30 hours per week. Starting Pay: $21.00/hr: Our Security Officers work closely with our clients and client staff.
