We have an exciting long-term opportunity for a Remuneration & Benefits Manager to join Downer’s Chief People Office on a 2-year maximum term contract. This role plays a key part in delivering and evolving Downer’s remuneration and benefits framework across the business. You will lead critical remuneration cycles, including the annual remuneration review and incentive programs, provide input to executive remuneration deliverables, while also supporting the design and management of employee benefits. Reporting to the General Manager Remuneration, this role will have strong exposure to senior leaders, Finance, Payroll, and People & Culture teams across the business. You will support in developing remuneration and benefits practices that are consistent, competitive, and aligned with Downer’s governance standards and business objectives .
