Position Overview: You are passionate about technology, creatively and commercially driven and are fully committed to a beautiful customer experience. You lead customer adoption project teams to drive adoption of Diligent’s GRC solutions, and support business development activities. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a trusted advisor and leverage your deep domain and practical GRC skills, knowledge and experience to help your customers realize their risk and compliance program vision, goals, and objectives. - Advise clients on the best approach based on this experience and engage in successful expectations management. - Manage projects to ensure project risks are proactively identified, communicated, and mitigated. - Mobilize proper team resources to ensure projects are delivered successfully, delays and overruns are minimized, and project efficiencies and budgets are managed and proactively communicated. - Provide oversight and monitoring of services during the entire implementation lifecycle with a focus on: - Capturing high quality business requirements. - Creating design & walk-through documents and solution workflow diagrams. - Designing/Architecting product implementation. - Ena...
