Description JOB DESCRIPTION: JOB TITLE: Lead, Sort & Packing DEPARTMENT: OPS - Sorting/packing: REPORTS TO: Supervisor, Sort & Packing JOB SUMMARY: This role supports day-to-day coordination, training, and workflow oversight. The Operations Lead is responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient function of the automated sorter system and the quality of the materials packed for their destination. The Operations Lead must uphold PharmaLink's core principles and company values at all times. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Monitor and verify that all personnel on the TRS are performing job tasks accurately and achieving required productivity metrics. - Serve as the first point of contact for new hire training activities on the Tompkins Robotic Sorter (TRS), ensuring team members achieve and maintain accuracy and efficiency. - Help develop and maintain a high-performance work team environment with a positive attitude. - Ensure a safe and clean work environment by enforcing all established safety policies and procedures in the sorting and packing areas. - Serve as the System Expert for the Tompkins Robotic Sorter (TRS) system interface, maintaining the knowledge and ability to operate and t...
