Computer Operator I/II/III

Job description

Overview The purpose of this job is to operate under the guidance of Senior and Lead Computer Operators in order to supervise/operate software and hardware according to pre-set instructions. **This position may be filled as a level I, II, or III based on additional experience and qualifications required.** Working Hours: 7 am - 7 pm | 3 days per week (rotating) Responsibilities: - Monitor nightly batch processing for all applications - Use CONTROLM to manipulate processing as requested - Monitor ATM and communicate with vendor via ticketing system when issues arise - Monitor file transfer system - Monitor computer room and escalate issues as required - Learn nightly application balancing process - Learn Service Now ticketing system - Respond to password reset requests - Perform additional duties as assigned.
