Description Full-time: 40 hours per week: Primary Team Leader: Vice President of Development FLSA Classification: Salary, Exempt, Full Time, Benefits Eligible Direct Reports: Corporate Engagement Coordinator, Development Data Associate Job Summary: The Director of Development is a strategic fundraising leader responsible for driving revenue growth across individual giving, corporate partnerships, and institutional funding. This role oversees the planning and execution of Habitat KC’s annual giving campaign, manages a portfolio of donors and partners, and leads the development of compelling proposals and grant submissions. The Director will be a data-driven, relationship-focused professional who can translate strategy into results, while strengthening a sustainable and diversified funding pipeline. Starting salary is $70,000.
