Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting a Training & Engagement Specialist. Reporting to the Talent and Training Manager, the Training & Engagement Specialist supports the HR department in the design, delivery, and monitoring of all activities related to employee training, development, employer branding and recognition programs. The role plays a key part in shaping a motivating and learning-oriented workplace, driving service excellence and reinforcing the hotel’s and brand’s core values.
