Job description

Responsibilities: Financial Analysis and Modeling: - Develop and maintain complex financial models, including project finance models, DCF analysis, and valuation assessments - Conduct sensitivity analyses and scenario planning to assess project risks and returns. - Perform financial due diligence on potential projects, including reviewing contracts, agreements, and project documentation. - Funding Process Management - Coordinate with lenders, investors, and other financial stakeholders to satisfy Conditions Precent (CPs) in order to secure project funding in a timely, coordinated manner - Documentation: Review and provide to lenders and investors comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, agreements, and progress reports - Project Scheduling: Develop and maintain project financing schedules, ensuring timely completion of financing milestones - Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. - Origination of New Financing - Assist team in structuring and negotiating project financing agreements, including tax equity, construction debt, and term debt facilities - Prepare financial analyses and presentations for internal investment c...
