THE OPPORTUNITY: Under the direction of the Production Supervisor and Trainer, this position is responsible for transferring a design onto garments using a screenprint machine. As an operator, you will be responsible for processing orders through preparing garments, programming machine for the design and making quality adjustments as necessary, as well as helping to analyze order to identify design and determine ink colors or threads.
