Concierge/Moment Maker

As a Moment Maker, you will act as the concierge-style presence for our guests, creating a welcoming, confident and seamless arrival experience. This role is entirely guest-facing and plays a key part in enhancing the prestige and overall experience of our venue. It requires a high-calibre individual who takes initiative and demonstrates genuine care for the guest journey.
