Job Title: Billing Administrator: Job Summary: Accounting professional to administer the billing and collection processes for our company. Ability to multi-task, interface with multiple personnel/departments and manage customer billings in high volume are key to the success of this critical revenue function. Duties and Responsibilities: - Contract Billing and Invoicing. - Manage data collection process for monthly billings. - Process contract change orders. - Prepare and submit contract billings with lien waivers and required documentation. - Prepare and submit “Extra Work” invoices” (for work outside of contract) - Flexibility to meet varying customer deadlines for billing submittal.
