Job description

The Role: As the Maintenance& Reliability Supervisor, reporting to the Director - Newport Operations, you will lead the Maintenance Department from a Zero EHS impact, Zero Failure philosophy and enables the site to maximize its product output and lowest total cost of ownership. You will be responsible for the uptime of plant equipment and assets and oversees facility maintenance in accordance with SIG, regulatory, and industry accepted best-practice standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating, cultivating, and embedding a culture of Continuous Improvement to further the SI Group Brand promise and SI Operational Excellence as well as identifying and engaging team members in developmental activities designed to stimulate long-term individual and organizational growth.
