What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire an Implementation Team Lead within our Commercial Card division. This position falls under our Implementations line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will serve as the subject matter expert and senior point of contact for a team of 25 project managers, providing coaching, guidance, and operational leadership to drive execution excellence and an exceptional client experience. This is an individual contributor role with influence across the team — you will not carry direct people management responsibilities, but you will play a critical role in elevating the performance and product knowledge of the broader implementation team. You will report directly to the Sr. Director of Implementations – Commercial Card. How We Work: As a Implementation Team Lead you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment.
