BRIEF COMPANY DESCRIPTION: The Matworks is a comprehensive flooring provider to major retailers and markets across North America. Our mission statement is to provide solution-based products designed to help minimize risk, reduce maintenance costs, and enhance the appearance of each facility. We do this by partnering with our national customers to develop turnkey solutions for their facilities across the country. TITLE OF THE JOB: The Matworks is seeking someone to serve as the Business Development SALARY RANGE: 60-80k, Based on experience QUALIFICATIONS: Qualified candidates will have two-to-five-years of professional work history (preferred, not required), Bachelor’s Degree required, have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be detail and task-oriented, and possess creative problem-solving skills. Applicants should have a good attitude, the flexibility to juggle multiple tasks, and comprehend at a rapid pace. We are seeking a team player with strong computer skills working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), who is highly motivated, has a strong work ethic, a sense of urgency, and is a self-starter.
