Work Schedule: 100%, day shift working Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Currently no weekends or holidays however subject to change based on future service needs. You will work at University Hospital, Arbor Gate clinic and/or Eastpark Medical Center in Madison, WI. Pay: - The pay range listed reflects both titles. We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to: - Synthesize and interpret data for patient care in various clinic settings. - Manage pre and post procedural patients for interventional and structural heart patients, including H&Ps, consenting, admitting, rounding and facilitating discharges at University Hospital. - Conduct independent ambulatory clinic visits seeing a sub-set of interventional and structural heart patient conditions including aortic, mitral and tricuspid valve disease, post-procedure patients and pre-operative risk stratification patients. - Participate in multi-disciplinary care meetings for complex c...
