Job Description: Maintenance Technician (Part-Time | 28 Hours/Week) Roxanna Booth Manor – 1315 Chestnut St, Kenova, WV 25530 23-Unit Senior Living Community Looking for a hands-on role where your work truly makes a difference? Join our team supporting a close-knit senior living community where safety, comfort, and care come first. What You’ll Do: - Perform routine maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) - Troubleshoot and complete repairs quickly and safely - Maintain common areas and grounds - Ensure safety compliance and address hazards - Track supplies and maintenance needs - Support and guide junior staff as needed What We’re Looking For: - 2+ years of maintenance experience (residential/senior housing a plus) - Skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs - Strong problem-solving and communication skills - Valid driver’s license required Part-Time Benefits Include: Make an impact every day by helping create a safe and welcoming home for residents.
