Store Supervisor

Job description

Overview We are seeking an experienced Store Supervisor to join our retail team in Derby . You will play a key role in the smooth running of the store, supporting the Store Manager in delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets and maintaining operational standards. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on team leadership, visual presentation and day-to-day store performance. Key responsibilities: Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets. Support the Store Manager with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock management and cash handling. Coach and develop team members through regular feedback, training and performance reviews. Monitor sales performance and assist with sales analysis, implementing actions to improve sell-through and conversion. Ensure the store is merchandised to brand standards and that visual displays are attractive and up to date.
