The Clinical Social Worker collaborates with Primary Care Providers and Collaborating Psychiatrist to provide comprehensive treatment and care management for behavioral health. Carries a caseload and routinely provides clinical interventions, completes validated assessments, offers psychoeducation, assist in treatment and diagnosis of behavioral health conditions. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1 . Master's Degree in Social Wo rk or related field 2.
