Schedule: PRN: Location: Whitley, Laurel, Clay, Knox counties with occasional support to Bell and Harlan Counties Position Summary: The Hospice Chaplain is responsible for providing compassionate spiritual care and support to patients, families, and caregivers in accordance with hospice philosophy. This role delivers spiritual assessments, counseling, and guidance directly or through coordination with community spiritual resources, while collaborating as a member of the interdisciplinary team. The Chaplain contributes to holistic patient care within the scope of practice and in alignment with organizational policies and licensure requirements.
