As part of the Compensation & Benefits team, the Benefits Administration Specialist will be responsible for the administration of employee benefits programs while delivering excellent customer service and resolving day-to-day benefit-related issues & escalations. The Specialist will work with a variety of 3rd party vendors and insurance carriers, as well as HRIS & payroll teams, to ensure administration of plans is carried out in accordance with plan provisions and regulatory guidelines.
